BIA Group stands at the forefront of the mining equipment supply industry, recognized for its firm commitment to excellence and innovation. In response to the ever-evolving landscape of business operations, the company has embarked on a transformative journey into the digital realm, guided by the imperatives of efficiency and standardization.
Challenges
Establishing a centralized ERP system and achieving standardization across diverse entities in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Africa. Overcoming regional variations in digitalization levels required a robust Change Management initiative. While transitioning to a centralized SAP system addressed these challenges, the complexity of operations in Africa highlighted the necessity for digitization and automation, leading to the adoption of digital archiving and a shift to digital invoicing.
Solution
By implementing SAP for standardization and integrating Dynatos into their operations in 2019, BIA Group experienced a streamlined transition, especially in e-invoicing. Dynatos provided a user-friendly solution, Routty, which reduced the operational workload by transitioning from traditional to digital processes. Additionally, Dynatos’ platform tracks Peppol-supported invoices, enhancing transparency within the system.
Embracing the change with Dynatos’ support, we recognize the value in their Routty platform for identifying Peppol-ready clients. While transitioning from PDF to digital invoicing presents challenges, the benefits lie in reading intermediary steps and workload relief. We acknowledge the stability and strength of our partnership, ensuring a lasting collaboration in the ever-evolving landscape.
