Dynatos and Duni EFF form partnership for e-invoicing and finance operations
The partnership brings together the Routty platform and Duni EFF’s operational finance expertise, with an initial commercial focus on Poland and the United Kingdom.

Dynatos, a specialist in finance and procurement transformation, and Duni EFF, a provider of finance outsourcing and international VAT services, have entered into a strategic partnership. Together, the companies will help organisations translate changing e-invoicing requirements into connected, scalable finance operations.
Mandatory e-invoicing is accelerating the shift from PDF and email-based processes to structured digital exchange. For international organisations, compliance is only part of the challenge. They also need to connect country-specific requirements to existing ERP environments, manage different invoice formats and channels, and maintain reliable processes across accounts payable and accounts receivable.
The partnership combines Dynatos’ Routty platform with Duni EFF’s finance operations, accounting and VAT compliance expertise. Routty connects suppliers, buyers and ERP systems in one controlled environment and supports e-invoicing, AP and AR automation, document validation, routing and Intelligent Document Processing. Duni EFF contributes the practical finance and tax knowledge needed to embed compliant processes into day-to-day operations.
E-invoicing projects succeed when compliance, technology and daily finance operations are considered together. Duni EFF adds strong operational and VAT expertise to the Routty ecosystem. This gives us a practical foundation for helping customers move from regulatory readiness to reliable, scalable invoice processes.

From regulatory readiness to operational control
By bringing technology and operational expertise together, Dynatos and Duni EFF aim to support customers beyond a technical connection to an e-invoicing network. The joint approach is designed to help organisations manage hybrid invoice environments, reduce manual intervention, improve process visibility and prepare their finance operations for further regulatory change.
The collaboration will initially focus on commercial opportunities in Poland and the United Kingdom, where Duni EFF brings established market knowledge and customer relationships. The partners will work together on market education, opportunity development and customer engagements, supported by joint marketing and sales enablement activities.
Our customers are facing increasingly complex finance and compliance requirements across markets. By combining our finance and VAT expertise with Dynatos’ Routty technology, we can help organisations create processes that are not only compliant, but also workable and efficient in practice.
