With the release of version 25.02 this summer, Routty is strengthening/growing its position as a leading platform for document automation and e-Invoicing. The release introduces automated Peppol registrations, new ERP connectors, AI-powered archive search, and support for Brazilian compliance. Below are the key highlights.
Automated Peppol registrations
Setting up a Peppol connection is now easier than ever. Admins can create new registrations directly within Routty via a clear, step-by-step wizard. This lowers the onboarding threshold and speeds up roll-out for new customers or entities.
International expansion: Compliance in Brazil and Hungary
Routty now supports inbound invoices according to Brazil’s NFe and CTe mandates. A new connector is also available for Hungary’s Online Számla platform, enabling Routty to stay ahead of evolving eReporting obligations across Europe and beyond.
New ERP connectors: Oracle and SAP public cloud
In addition to existing SAP integrations, Routty is now also available for Oracle Fusion Cloud, hosted on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is also supported, via both SAP CPI and Routty’s SAP Integration Suite. This makes Routty a powerful connector between e-Invoicing and major ERP systems.
Smarter and safer archiving
- AI-powered archive search (experimental): Use natural language to search for documents.
- Improved storage: Moved from LRS to ZRS for higher availability and business continuity.
- Delayed archiving: Documents are archived after 30 days, allowing time for late attachments or feedback.
Identity & governance
Routty now supports identity management through alternative providers such as OKTA, in addition to Azure. A new read-only user role has also been added, ideal for external auditors or compliance users who only need access to view data.
Improvements for partners and admins
Routty also offers more flexibility for implementation partners:
- Custom mappings and connector configurations can now be deleted.
- API keys can be regenerated, making security management easier.
- Routes can now be clearly named, simplifying configuration and maintenance.
