The Polish Ministry of Finance has released new KSeF 2.0 manuals, FAQs and an updated roadmap.
These resources support businesses preparing for the mandatory e-invoicing system, which will be rolled out from February 2026.

KSeF 2.0 manuals
The Ministry published four step-by-step manuals, each covering a specific part of the system:
- Part I: Getting started
Setup, registration, authentication and user rights. - Part II: Issuing and receiving invoices
FA(3) invoice structure, submission process and verification. - Part III: Additional functionalities
Attachments, OFFLINE mode, VAT RR and self-billing. - Part IV: Public sector use
Invoicing in government units, enforcement procedures and procurement.
KSeF 2.0 FAQs
A comprehensive FAQ section is now available, created with input from businesses and integrators.

- 26–31 January: Technical maintenance break for KSeF 1.0 production environment
- 1 February: KSeF 2.0 live for large businesses and invoice recipients
- 1 April: KSeF 2.0 mandatory for all other businesses
2027
- 1 January: KSeF 2.0 mandatory for small businesses (up to PLN 10,000 monthly)
