As Sales Director DACH, Thilo Schneider leads the charge in growing Dynatos’ presence in German-speaking regions. Based in Hamburg, Thilo combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to build customer relationships, foster collaboration, and drive results.

Inspired by growth and creativity

For Thilo, joining Dynatos was an opportunity to shape the company’s growth in Germany. “I love that I have the creative freedom to explore new ideas and strategies to expand our reach,” he says. Supported by his dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues, Thilo thrives on finding innovative ways to help customers achieve their goals.

One of his proudest moments? “Hearing clients thank me for my transparent and pragmatic advice,” Thilo recalls. “Those moments show that our solutions are truly making a difference and that we’re building lasting, trusted relationships.”

When helping clients optimize their processes, Thilo believes that communication is key. “We always start by understanding why clients want to improve their processes. We can align their finance and procurement teams on the best path forward by having open discussions and asking the right questions.”

Creating support for change means involving stakeholders from day one. “It’s crucial to engage those whom the changes will most impact – not just management but also the people on the ground who will use the new systems every day,” Thilo explains.

Aligning expectations is also critical. “Stakeholders from different departments often have different priorities. We connect the dots, document clear milestones, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.”

Innovation and personal growth

Thilo stays motivated by his love for learning and collaboration. “I’m naturally driven and genuinely enjoy working with different people and personalities. That keeps me energized.”

When it comes to innovation, Thilo focuses on practical impact. “AI is everywhere right now, but what excites me most is how it’s transforming tasks like intelligent document processing. That’s where we see real improvements for our customers.”

His ultimate goal? “I want to leave a lasting impact by helping Dynatos grow in the DACH region and building long-term, trusted customer relationships.”
