Realized that with their continuous growth, one had to streamline and automate their financial processes - the first step was the automation of their creditor invoices.

Before, DIS handled all their creditor invoices manually, so unimaginably many manual entries and a lot of routine work. They could well see the scenario; in line with their growth, they are getting more and more suppliers, so the person who spent a little 25 hours a week handling 80% of their creditor invoices was not enough and it was not on the administrative side that one wanted growth, so something should be done.

A conservative estimate over three years, DIS expects to hit around 40-45,000 invoices, so, therefore, the solution should also be scalable.

DIS quickly gained value from their Online solution, it works well, and they have already seen several improvements and savings. An essential parameter in the success was that the users were always on the sidelines and provided input on how the invoicing process could be streamlined and what data needed to be lifted, interpreted, verified, etc.
