Challenges

Establishing a centralized ERP system and achieving standardization across diverse entities in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Africa. Overcoming regional variations in digitalization levels required a robust Change Management initiative. While transitioning to a centralized SAP system addressed these challenges, the complexity of operations in Africa highlighted the necessity for digitization and automation, leading to the adoption of digital archiving and a shift to digital invoicing.

Solution

By implementing SAP for standardization and integrating Dynatos into their operations in 2019, BIA Group experienced a streamlined transition, especially in e-invoicing. Dynatos provided a user-friendly solution, Routty, which reduced the operational workload by transitioning from traditional to digital processes. Additionally, Dynatos' platform tracks Peppol-supported invoices, enhancing transparency within the system.

Results

By implementing a centralized ERP system and making use of Dynatos' Routty platform, the BIA Group made a transformation from 4% to 95% digital invoices in Belgium and The Netherlands.
