Challenges
Angelini Pharma’s Accounts Payable (AP) process was fragmented and decentralized across its different entities. This resulted in:
- Missing invoice images in SAP
- No structured workflow for FI approvals
- Limited visibility into invoice issues such as missing POs, goods receipts, or pricing differences
They needed a future-proof solution to harmonize their AP process while remaining compliant with local regulations.
Solution
Dynatos implemented a global AP automation framework using Tungsten Automation’s Process Director and the Routty e-invoicing platform. All incoming invoices, regardless of format or delivery channel, now flow through a single system.
This setup offers full visibility, accurate data handling, and end-to-end control. Local e-invoicing requirements, such as those in Italy, Romania, and Germany, were part of the solution design from the start. Angelini now works fully compliant in every country where e-invoicing is mandatory, and is prepared for future changes.
