Your role
- Define and Validate Project Scope: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and agreement on project objectives.
- Implement Change Management: Facilitate organizational change to anchor new processes effectively.
- Develop Realistic Project Plans: Utilize Dynatos’ project methodology to create actionable and achievable timelines.
- Coordinate Resources: Work with team leaders to allocate appropriate resources for project success.
- Manage Budgets: Monitor expenditures, challenge estimates, and ensure financial accountability.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify potential issues early and develop strategies to address them proactively.
- Ensure Quality Deliverables: Maintain high standards in project outputs and governance.
- Communicate Effectively: Keep all stakeholders informed with timely and transparent updates.
Your profile
- Experience: at least 2–3 years as a Project Manager in IT projects.
- Methodologies: Proficient in Prince2 and Agile (Scrum).
- Tools: Experienced with MS Project, Jira, Monday.com or similar project management tools.
- Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities, self-management, and empathy to understand client needs.
- Attributes: Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of bridging gaps between technical teams and clients.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial and intelligent process automation.
- Familiarity with capture tools.
