With our team in Amersfoort, we’re expanding, and we’re looking for a Digital Sales talent who brings creativity, structure, and commercial energy to drive our growth. You’ll be a key player in connecting marketing, sales, and the market.

The job:

As a Digital Sales professional, you’ll be the first real connection between Dynatos and potential customers. Your mission? Turn inbound marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified opportunities, and close smaller deals yourself. But that’s not all. You’ll also proactively engage in targeted outbound outreach to generate interest and create new conversations with high-potential accounts.

Using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI-powered prospecting platforms, you’ll manage a blend of inbound follow-up and outbound campaigns across channels like phone, email, and social media. You’ll qualify prospects, guide them through the early stages of the buyer journey, and either pass them to our Senior Sales Executives or take the lead on smaller opportunities.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team to follow up on campaigns, with sales leadership to refine messaging, and with colleagues across Europe to share best practices. Your role is all about building bridges between curiosity and conversion.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales development in SaaS or digital solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and modern outreach tools is a plus
  • A proactive mindset and proven ability in both inbound follow-up and targeted outbound prospecting
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • German and / or French language skills are a definite plus
  • Based in The Netherlands and happy to work hybrid from our Amersfoort office
