Empowering people with Manon Verboven
Manon Verboven "Even the smallest change can have a big ripple effect."

When you talk to Manon, it doesn’t take long before her enthusiasm comes through; calm, grounded, but always with a spark. She joined Dynatos four years ago as a Business Analyst and today combines that role with being a Project Manager. “It’s been quite the journey,” she smiles. “With every project, I’ve discovered something new, not just about the work, but about the people and myself too.”

A team that feels like home

Her first impression of Dynatos? “Relaxed, friendly, and just… positive.” That hasn’t changed. “From day one, people were open and supportive. When things get hectic or deadlines are tight, there’s always someone ready to help. “That team spirit is real. It’s what makes my work enjoyable,” she says.

That sense of connection is also what keeps her motivated. “I get to work with great clients and colleagues who really know their stuff. Each project team feels like its own little family. Everyone brings something different, and that combination always leads to better results.”

Teamwork is what keeps me going. Everyone brings something different, and together we make things better.

What many don’t know: outside of work, Manon has spent most of her life on a basketball court. “I played on a women’s team for years. I think that’s where my love for collaboration comes from. It’s all about reading the game and your teammates.”

The joy of making an impact

Manon’s days are rarely predictable, and that’s exactly how she likes it. “One day I’m coordinating timelines and budgets; the next, I’m deep into analysis or solution design. I love that mix of interaction and focused work.”

Her favorite moments are those where everything comes together. “When a customer tells us our solution actually made their daily work easier. That’s the best feeling. You can see the impact. That’s when I think: yes, this is why we do it.”

The bigger picture

Working in process optimization has taught Manon one important thing: even the smallest change can have a big ripple effect.

“Sometimes a client asks for what seems like a simple adjustment,” she says. “At first, it looks straightforward, but once you take a step back, you see how many parts of the process it actually affects. Everything is linked in one way or another. ”And that’s precisely why analysis and communication are essential.”

For me, success is when a solution really helps people in their day-to-day work, not just when it works technically.

Her approach is always careful and curious. “You can’t just look at the request itself; you have to understand why it’s being asked and what it means for everyone involved.”

Inspired by passion, driven by people

When asked what inspires her, Manon doesn’t hesitate. “People who are genuinely passionate about what they do. It doesn’t matter if it’s a colleague solving a tricky technical problem or a client who really believes in improving their processes, that kind of energy is contagious.”

She tries to bring the same openness to her own work. “I want people to feel comfortable asking questions or sharing ideas. Sometimes you need someone to listen or help you look at things from a different angle. It really can make a huge difference.”

For Manon, success isn’t measured solely by numbers or timelines: “It’s when a solution truly helps the client in their day-to-day work, and when we, as a team, can look back and secretly feel proud of what we’ve built together.”

Beyond work

When she’s not running projects, you’ll probably find Manon outdoors. “I love being in nature. A long walk clears my mind and gives me new energy, or I’ll spend time with friends. That always helps me recharge.”

If she could give advice to someone just starting out, she’d tell them not to worry too much about the technical side. “At first, all those systems and terms seem overwhelming. But it clicks sooner than you think. And once you understand it, you’ll never forget it.”

The best advice she’s ever received still guides her every day: asking the right questions is often more valuable than having the fastest answer.

And if she had to describe Dynatos in one sentence?

An IT company where technology and team spirit truly make the difference.
