The Croatian Ministry of Finance has introduced a new Fiscalization navigation menu to give businesses clearer access to the rules, documentation and updates linked to the Fiscalization Act. This follows earlier developments we covered in our previous articles B2B and B2G e-invoicing becomes mandatory in Croatia and Croatia 2026 e-invoicing update. Together, these updates underline Croatia’s broader move towards structured e-invoicing and tighter digital reporting.
A centralised hub for fiscalisation and e-invoicing
The Ministry of Finance has created a new information hub to make it easier for taxpayers to find all resources related to fiscalisation. This includes information on the reporting rules, technical documentation and the upcoming e-invoice requirements under Fiscalization 2.0.
The new navigation menu brings together all key elements of the Fiscalization Act in one place. Businesses can now access:
- Information on fiscalisation in final consumption, including links, system updates and instructions for verifying invoices
- A dedicated reporting environment for downloading monthly and annual final consumption reports
- Technical documentation and updates related to Fiscalization 2.0 and e-invoicing
- An updated list of certified information intermediaries
- FAQs covering practical questions about the Fiscalization Act
- Details on the new KPD 2025 product classification, including guidance on linking goods and services to the national classification
- A set of practice questions and answers to support compliance with KPD 2025
The goal is clear. Companies operating in Croatia gain a simplified, structured entry point for everything related to tax reporting, fiscalisation and upcoming e-invoicing obligations.
