Den f\u00f8rste b\u00f8lgen av endringer starter 14. april 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>25. mars 2025 tok EU et viktig steg mot \u00e5 modernisere merverdiavgiften gjennom den offisielle publiseringen av ViDA-pakken. Initiativet oppdaterer sentral lovgivning, inkludert:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>EUs merverdiavgiftsdirektiv<\/li>\n<li>Forordningen om administrativt samarbeid p\u00e5 mva-omr\u00e5det<\/li>\n<li>Gjennomf\u00f8ringsforordningen for merverdiavgift<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Endringene skal tilpasse mva-regelverket til dagens digitale \u00f8konomi. De oppdaterte reglene trer i kraft 14. april 2025, med ytterligere tiltak som fases inn frem til 2035.<\/p>\n<h2>Hva endres f\u00f8rst?<\/h2>\n<p>Fra midten av april rettes oppmerksomheten mot e-fakturering. EU-medlemsland f\u00e5r n\u00e5 mulighet til \u00e5 innf\u00f8re obligatorisk nasjonal e-fakturering uten \u00e5 m\u00e5tte s\u00f8ke forh\u00e5ndsgodkjenning fra Europakommisjonen. Dette forventes \u00e5 forenkle nasjonal implementering og st\u00f8tte bredere digitaliseringsm\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Den nye tiln\u00e6rmingen gir landene st\u00f8rre handlingsrom til \u00e5 utforme e-faktureringskrav basert p\u00e5 egne administrative og \u00f8konomiske behov.
