Med Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF) gj\u00f8r myndighetene nasjonal e-fakturering obligatorisk. Virksomheter m\u00e5 forst\u00e5 hva KSeF inneb\u00e6rer i praksis, hvem som omfattes, og n\u00e5r fristene trer i kraft.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Hva er KSeF?<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dynatos.com\/no\/solution-themes\/ksef\/\">KSeF<\/a> er Polens offisielle plattform for strukturert e-fakturering. Fra 2026 m\u00e5 alle merverdiavgiftsregistrerte selskaper utstede, sende og motta fakturaer utelukkende gjennom dette systemet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"expertise-list\">Hvem m\u00e5 etterleve kravene?<\/p>\n<p>Kravet gjelder:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Virksomheter i Polen som leverer varer eller tjenester (B2B og B2G).<\/li>\n<li>Utenlandske skattepliktige med fast driftssted i Polen.<\/li>\n<li>Offentlige institusjoner som mottar fakturaer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Transaksjoner med private forbrukere (B2C) omfattes ikke av kravet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"expertise-list\">N\u00e5r blir det obligatorisk?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1. februar 2026:<\/strong> Store skattytere (omsetning &gt; 200 millioner PLN).<\/li>\n<li><strong>1. april 2026:<\/strong> Sm\u00e5 og mellomstore virksomheter (omsetning mellom 8\u2013200 millioner PLN).<\/li>\n<li><strong>1. januar 2027:<\/strong> Mikrovirksomheter og enheter som kun utsteder mindre fakturaer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"expertise-list\">Hvorfor denne endringen?<\/p>\n<p>Med KSeF \u00f8nsker det polske finansdepartementet \u00e5:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Styrke skattekontrollen.<\/li>\n<li>Redusere svindel og manuelle feil.<\/li>\n<li>Standardisere og forenkle faktureringsprosesser.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Konklusjon<\/h2>\n<p>KSeF vil redefinere fakturering i Polen.
