De Hongaarse belastingdienst heeft conceptwetgeving gepubliceerd om de nauwkeurigheid en betrouwbaarheid van factuurgegevens te verbeteren. Als deze wordt goedgekeurd, treden de wijzigingen op 1 juli 2025 in werking.<\/strong><\/p>\n<article>\n<h2>Van waarschuwingen naar fouten: strengere aanpak<\/h2>\n<p>Een belangrijke wijziging is het omzetten van 21 bestaande &#8220;waarschuwingen&#8221; in het Online Factuursysteem naar &#8220;fouten&#8221;. Een &#8220;waarschuwing&#8221; betekent dat de gegevens nog worden geaccepteerd, maar met een foutmelding; een &#8220;fout&#8221; betekent directe afwijzing. Dit moet de datakwaliteit verbeteren en voorbereiden op het e-VAT systeem.<\/p>\n<h2>Hogere boetes bij niet-naleving<\/h2>\n<p>Om naleving af te dwingen, wil de belastingdienst de maximale boete verhogen van HUF 500.000 naar HUF 1 miljoen. Dit benadrukt de noodzaak voor bedrijven om hun rapportages nauwkeurig en tijdig te doen.<\/p>\n<h2>Nieuwe gegevenscontroleprocedures<\/h2>\n<p>Een andere belangrijke wijziging is de invoering van een controlemethode waarbij factuurgegevens worden vergeleken met btw-aangiften. Bij verschillen kan een correctieproces worden gestart. Bedrijven krijgen 15 dagen om fouten te herstellen.<\/p>\n<h2>Publieke consultatie loopt nog<\/h2>\n<p>De conceptwet ligt open voor feedback van belastingplichtigen en softwareleveranciers.
