Deze vrijstelling geldt voor zowel het verzenden als ontvangen van gestructureerde elektronische facturen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Duidelijkheid voor grensoverschrijdende bedrijven<\/h2>\n<p>Dit is goed nieuws voor buitenlandse ondernemingen die zaken doen in Belgi\u00eb maar er fysiek niet gevestigd zijn. Zij hoeven voorlopig niet te voldoen aan de verplichting tot gestructureerde e-facturatie, die vanaf januari 2026 van kracht wordt. Dit geeft hen extra tijd om hun plannen aan te passen en mogelijke gevolgen te evalueren.<\/p>\n<p>Bent u zich nog aan het voorbereiden op de Belgische verplichting? De Belgische overheid werkt ook aan een bredere overgang naar realtime btw-rapportage, gepland voor 2028.
