{"id":51883,"date":"2025-03-12T15:28:22","date_gmt":"2025-03-12T14:28:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dynatos.com\/mandatory-e-invoicing-in-greece-from-july-2025\/"},"modified":"2025-05-19T15:45:37","modified_gmt":"2025-05-19T13:45:37","slug":"mandatory-e-invoicing-in-greece-from-july-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dynatos.com\/nl\/blog\/mandatory-e-invoicing-in-greece-from-july-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Verplichte e-invoicing in Griekenland vanaf juli 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Op 25 februari 2025 heeft de Raad van de Europese Unie een besluit gepubliceerd waarin Griekenland toestemming krijgt om verplichte e-invoicing in te voeren voor transacties tussen belastingplichtigen die in Griekenland gevestigd zijn.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Wat betekent dit voor bedrijven?<\/h2>\n<p>Vanaf 1 juli 2025 moeten bedrijven in Griekenland e-invoicing toepassen voor hun B2B-transacties. Deze nieuwe verplichting blijft van kracht tot en met 31 december 2027. Het doel van deze maatregel is om belastingrapportage te vereenvoudigen, compliance te verbeteren en meer transparantie in transacties te cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n<p>Deze ontwikkeling sluit aan bij de voortdurende digitalisering van belasting- en handelsprocessen in Griekenland. Belangrijke stappen zijn onder andere:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Het beoordelen van bestaande financi\u00eble systemen en software.<\/li>\n<li>Overleg met financieel adviseurs of belastingexperts over de nalevingsvereisten.<\/li>\n<li>Het verkennen van gecertificeerde e-invoicingplatforms om te integreren in de bedrijfsprocessen.<\/li>\n<li>Training van medewerkers in de nieuwe facturatieprocessen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Volgende stappen<\/h2>\n<p>Bedrijven die actief zijn in Griekenland moeten deze overgang nu prioriteit geven om verstoringen te voorkomen.
