Wist je dat we wereldwijd elk jaar 550 miljard facturen versturen? En dat dit aantal naar verwachting zal verviervoudigen in de komende 15 jaar? Het merendeel van die facturen wordt nog steeds handmatig verwerkt. Overstappen op elektronische facturatie, oftewel e-invoicing, kan je organisatie aanzienlijke besparingen opleveren.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vroeger waren facturen vaak handgeschreven bonnen. Vandaag de dag zijn het meestal PDF-bestanden per e-mail. Hoewel dat al elektronisch is, vraagt de verwerking van zo\u2019n factuur nog steeds veel handmatige handelingen. Dynatos ziet veel voordelen en kansen voor financi\u00eble afdelingen om processen \u2013 zoals facturatie \u2013 te robotiseren. E-invoicing is daar een krachtig voorbeeld van.<\/p>\n

Bij e-invoicing wordt een factuur gegenereerd als databestand (meestal XML) in plaats van een document. Daardoor kan deze automatisch verwerkt worden. Waarom dit zo krachtig is? Omdat de factuur rechtstreeks van jouw systeem naar dat van je klant of leverancier wordt gestuurd \u2013 en omgekeerd. Er komt geen medewerker meer aan te pas. Je boekhoudsysteem of order-to-cash\/purchase-to-payoplossing neemt het over. Volledig ge\u00efntegreerd met jouw systemen.<\/p>\n

E-invoicing verlaagt kosten<\/h2>\n

Een van de grootste voordelen van e-invoicing is de lagere kost per factuur. Uit recent onderzoek blijkt dat de kosten van een factuur meer dan halveren bij elektronische verzending ten opzichte van papier of PDF. De grootste winst zit in het schrappen van print-, verzend- en portokosten. Daarnaast zijn de kosten voor digitale archivering veel lager dan die van fysieke opslag.<\/p>\n

E-invoicing wordt de standaard<\/h2>\n

Volgens ons is het duidelijk: e-invoicing wordt d\u00e9 norm. Overheden \u00e9n softwareleveranciers zetten volop in op de adoptie ervan. Een mooi voorbeeld is Routty<\/a>, het e-invoicingplatform van Dynatos. Deze cloudoplossing is eenvoudig te integreren met je systemen en versnelt de onboarding van klanten en leveranciers.<\/p>\n

E-invoicing wordt verplicht<\/h2>\n

Steeds meer landen verplichten e-invoicing, zeker voor bedrijven die met overheden zakendoen. Dit is mede te danken aan strengere btw-controles. Met e-invoicing kunnen overheden sneller nagaan of bedrijven voldoen aan btw-regels.
