Coupa & Dynatos invite you to a wonderful location, the Botanic Sanctuary in Antwerp. In this beautiful venue we are happy to welcome you to our networking lunch, and round table session, in which we will discuss the future of procurement and how to create a sustainable procurement strategy for years to come.

We are excited to announce our upcoming round table discussion with Coupa on May 11th, focused on the topic of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) within procurement – as a license to operate and collaborate.

ESG practices are more important than ever for businesses to consider. However, many find the concept broad and complex, leading to a lack of understanding about integrating ESG into their company’s strategy. During our round table, we want to provide a concrete and pragmatic understanding of ESG basics and how to navigate this critical area. We will tackle the what – why & how of ESG. What exactly is sustainability/ESG in a business context? Why is ESG so crucial for your businesses? And how can mid-market companies start or boost their sustainability journey?

Sustainability/ESG has a specific impact on critical areas of your business. For Finance/CFOs, there’s an obligation around sustainability regulations such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the EU Taxonomy. Meanwhile, Procurement/CPOs must consider supply chain responsibility aligned with the CSRD and the Corporate Sustainability Disclosure Directive (CSDD). By getting more insights, your company can become a leader in sustainability and ESG practices, positively impacting the environment, society, and your bottom line.

Tessy Martens will be speaking about the above topics. Tessy is ESG services Lead of BDO Belgium, responsible for guiding companies throughout the sustainability journey (ESG academy, ESG transition Roadmap, ESG Reporting Roadmap). Inclusive Diversity manager of BDO Belgium and Guest lecturer at the University of Leuven (Belgium). Operational, Lean background in logistics, digital program management and ESG/Sustainability advisory.

Chris Breedveld helps organizations discover the value of Coupa’s Business Spend Management (BSM) platform by leveraging my knowledge of selecting, implementing, using, and continuously improving the platform. His knowledge on the Coupa platform has given him all the insight on how to set-up sourcing and procurement in a sustainable way, which he will demonstrate at the end of the round table session.

To conclude the day, we will be offering a delicious lunch where attendees will have the chance to network and continue the discussions with their peers. Join us for a thought-provoking and informative discussion on this crucial topic.
