Inside Sales Representative

Are you looking for a challenging position as Inside Sales?  You will receive a lot of responsibility to support our current sales team, including some marketing tasks and internal sales admin work. We are growing rapidly and are therefore immediately looking for a confident Inside Sales Representative, who will join our team and contribute to our success!

What are you going to do?

As an Inside Sales Representative at Dynatos, you will focus on the Iberian market, where you will support the daily sales activities of our sales team.  Your job is to create and follow up leads, approach prospects and develop opportunities, which be finally managed and closed by our sales team. Every day you will be involved in telephone acquisition, following up leads, sending quotations and regularly making appointments with prospects and customers for your sales colleagues. In addition you will receive some local marketing responsibilities in coordination with our corporate marketing organization.

You will receive the necessary training and guidance, giving you plenty of room to develop yourself further.

What does your work environment look like?

As part of the Dynatos Group, with more than 100 employees and offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Norway and Denmark, you will work from our new office in Madrid.   • You have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar position, in Software and/or Business Services, where you can tell us about your success stories.
  • you have appropriate training for this position in our sales department.
  • You have an excellent level of spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • Speaking Italian or Portuguese would be a plus.
  • Experience in telemarketing will be valuable.
  • You take responsibility for your sales processes and different daily internal admin tasks, never losing sight of your objectives.
  • You describe yourself as a strong communicator, proactive, independent, result-driven and in for fun.
  • Interest in Financial and intelligent process automation, Robotic process automation, people and innovation.
