Die Ank\u00fcndigung enth\u00e4lt wichtige Termine und Entscheidungen zu Plattformregeln, Mehrwertsteuerregistrierung und e-Invoicing. Der Zeitplan ist klar, aber einige nationale Details sind noch offen.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Gestaffelte Umsetzung bis 2028<\/h2>\n<p>Die Roadmap gliedert die VIDA-Bestandteile in verschiedene Zeitlinien auf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plattformwirtschaft und fiktive Lieferantenregeln:<\/strong> Ein Gesetzesentwurf wird bis Herbst 2025 zur Online-Konsultation erwartet. Diese Regeln beeinflussen die Anwendung der Mehrwertsteuer auf plattformbasierte Transaktionen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erweiterung der One-Stop-Shop (OSS):<\/strong> Der Gesetzesentwurf zur Vereinfachung der Mehrwertsteuerregistrierung in der EU ist f\u00fcr das dritte Quartal 2026 geplant. Das hilft Unternehmen bei grenz\u00fcberschreitender Mehrwertsteuer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>e-Invoicing und digitale Meldung:<\/strong> Die niederl\u00e4ndische Regierung plant einen Gesetzesentwurf mindestens zwei Jahre vor der EU-Umsetzungsfrist. Das bedeutet bis Mitte 2028.<\/p>\n<h2>Noch keine Entscheidung \u00fcber Umfang und Technik<\/h2>\n<p>Noch offen ist, ob sich die e-Invoicing- und Berichtspflichten nur auf grenz\u00fcberschreitende oder auch auf nationale Transaktionen beziehen werden.
