Die Verpflichtung zur B2G-e-Rechnung bleibt unver\u00e4ndert und tritt 2026 in Kraft.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>M\u00f6glicher neuer Zeitplan f\u00fcr die B2B-e-Rechnung<\/h2>\n<p>Am 27. Mai 2025 ver\u00f6ffentlichte das lettische Ministerkabinett einen Informationsbericht (25-TA-1161) \u00fcber den Fortschritt bei der Einf\u00fchrung strukturierter elektronischer Rechnungen.<\/p>\n<p>Der aktuelle Vorschlag sieht vor, dass die Verpflichtung zur B2B-e-Rechnung vom 1. Januar 2027 auf den 1. Mai 2027 verschoben werden k\u00f6nnte. Um einen reibungslosen \u00dcbergang zu unterst\u00fctzen, beginnt am 1. April 2026 eine freiwillige Phase, in der Unternehmen bereits auf e-Rechnungen umstellen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h2>Was bleibt unver\u00e4ndert<\/h2>\n<p>Wichtig ist, dass diese Verschiebung nur f\u00fcr B2B-Transaktionen gilt. Die Verpflichtung zur Ausstellung von e-Rechnungen im B2G-Bereich bleibt bestehen. Unternehmen m\u00fcssen diese Anforderung weiterhin ab dem 1.
