Januar 2026 auf den 1. Januar 2027 verlegt wird. Der Vorschlag wird derzeit vom Haushalts- und Finanzausschuss gepr\u00fcft.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Der Grund f\u00fcr die Verz\u00f6gerung<\/h2>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der 17. Sitzung der Wintersession der 14. Saeima erl\u00e4uterte Abgeordnete Aiva V\u012bksna die Beweggr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr den Vorschlag. Zwei Hauptprobleme wurden hervorgehoben:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Das Kabinett hat die erforderlichen Durchf\u00fchrungsverordnungen noch nicht erlassen, obwohl die Frist der 1. Mai 2025 war.<\/li>\n<li>Die staatliche Plattform \u201cLatvija.lv\u201d ist technisch instabil und muss verbessert werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ohne diese Voraussetzungen erscheint eine reibungslose Einf\u00fchrung der verpflichtenden e-Invoicing zum urspr\u00fcnglichen Datum unrealistisch.<\/p>\n<h2>Wie geht es weiter?<\/h2>\n<p>Der Vorschlag wurde formell an den Haushalts- und Finanzausschuss verwiesen, der nun f\u00fcr die weitere Diskussion zust\u00e4ndig ist.
