M\u00e4rz hat der franz\u00f6sische Senat einen \u00c4nderungsantrag genehmigt, der die E-Rechnungspflicht f\u00fcr alle Unternehmen verschieben k\u00f6nnte. Bei Annahme w\u00fcrden sich die Fristen um ein ganzes Jahr verschieben und Unternehmen jeder Gr\u00f6\u00dfe betreffen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Nicht nur KMUs betroffen<\/h2>\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst wurde angenommen, dass sich die Verschiebung nur auf kleine und mittlere Unternehmen bezieht. Doch der Vorschlag betrifft <strong>alle Unternehmen mit umsatzsteuerpflichtigen Transaktionen in Frankreich<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dies ist ein weiteres Kapitel in Frankreichs digitaler Steuertransformation. April<\/strong> angenommen wird, verschieben sich die Fristen wie folgt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Empfang von E-Rechnungen<\/strong>: Alle Unternehmen m\u00fcssen ab <strong>September 2027<\/strong> E-Rechnungen \u00fcber eine zertifizierte PDP empfangen k\u00f6nnen (statt September 2026).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Versand von E-Rechnungen<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gro\u00df- und Mittelunternehmen<\/strong>: Frist auf <strong>September 2027<\/strong> verschoben (statt 2026).<\/li>\n<li><strong>KMUs und Kleinstunternehmen<\/strong>: Frist verschoben auf <strong>September 2028<\/strong> (statt 2027).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dieses m\u00f6gliche Aufschieben verschafft Unternehmen mehr Vorbereitungszeit, sollte sie aber nicht vom Handeln abhalten. Unternehmen m\u00fcssen auf zertifizierte Anbieter umsteigen. Der Vorschlag argumentiert, dass dies einen l\u00e4ngeren Umsetzungszeitraum rechtfertigt.<\/p>\n<p>Da der Antrag von einer Oppositionspartei stammt und <strong>rechtliche Fragen aufwirft<\/strong>, ist seine Zukunft jedoch ungewiss.<\/p>\n<h2>Und jetzt?<\/h2>\n<p>Noch ist nichts beschlossen. Die n\u00e4chste Abstimmung am <strong>24.
