Am 18. September 2024 genehmigte das Parlament \u00c4nderungen des Buchf\u00fchrungsgesetzes. Die \u00c4nderungen machen die e-Rechnung f\u00fcr Steuerpflichtige, die im estnischen E-Business-Register eingetragen sind, verpflichtend. Diese Anforderung wird voraussichtlich am 1. Juli 2025 in Kraft treten, obwohl dieses Datum noch vorl\u00e4ufig ist.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Prozess muss jedoch noch abgeschlossen werden. Das Gesetz muss noch vom Pr\u00e4sidenten bekannt gegeben und im Staatsanzeiger (Riigi Teataja) ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden. Sobald es ver\u00f6ffentlicht ist, treten die neuen Regeln nach zehn Tagen in Kraft.<\/p>\n<p class=\"expertise-list\">Wichtige Erkenntnisse:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die e-Rechnung wird voraussichtlich ab dem 1. Juli 2025 f\u00fcr bestimmte Steuerpflichtige in Estland verpflichtend.<\/li>\n<li>Das Gesetz wartet noch auf die Genehmigung des Pr\u00e4sidenten und die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung im Staatsanzeiger.<\/li>\n<li>Unternehmen, die f\u00fcr die e-Rechnung registriert sind, sollten sich bis zum vorl\u00e4ufigen Datum auf die Einhaltung vorbereiten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Estland schreitet mit neuen Gesetzen zur e-Rechnung voran.
