Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a team player with a couple of years of experience as a developer who wants to reinforce our development team with new ideas.

Where will you end up?

You’ll be able to thrive in our development team, we encourage the team to be self-managing through an agile way of working. The team is large enough to be effective and productive, yet small enough to allow for self-management, close collaboration, and a relaxed atmosphere. You can expect colleagues with a large portion of humor, a young mindset, and a willingness to support you in any way they can. What will you be doing?

As a product developer, you and your team will be working on Routty, a cloud platform for financial process automation with an international customer base.

Your core activity will be development in C# .NET, JS and PHP but an interest in other domains of our application is encouraged. As a developer you’ll be responsible for the quality of our product alongside your fellow team members.

Besides the actual development, you’ll have meetings with your team to plan, review and brainstorm about the product. These meetings may range from day-to-day stuff to a brainstorm about the migration to the latest technologies. You’ll be involved in important architectural decisions and will help shape the future of Routty.
